So this year has been anything but normal in the NCAA football world. Appalachian State beat Michigan, Stanford beat USC, Notre Dame looked like a JV team playing Varsity All-Americans (except against UCLA), for the first time ever if your team was ranked #2 you were scared to death for their next game, and we actually have a two-loss team in the National Title Game.
Does this year prove that the BCS system needs to change? The chances are very unlikely but doesn't an insane year like this one cry out for a tournament or bracket system? Even Georgia Coach Mark Richt, who has previously supported the BCS System as it is now, criticized the final decision this year because he felt his team deserved a title bid. But after not winning their conference title, Georgia was forced to settle for a Sugar Bowl bid against Hawaii.
Let us know what you think, this crazy year of upsets is calling out for your input!!!
Who will have the biggest impact in their freshman season? After Noel Devine (RB, WVU) scampered for 136 yards on a mere five carries in the Mountaineers' 31-14 victory over Maryland, he gets my vote. Now it's your turn to weigh in.
Noel Devine (RB, W. Va.)
Joe McKnight (RB, USC)
Jimmy Clausen (QB, ND)
Arrelious Benn (WR, Ill.)
Everson Griffen (DE, USC)

With football season just around the corner some colleges like Cal and UL have already began to launch Heisman campaigns for their most valuable player. Even though it is merely speculation at this point FCS wants to know who you think will win the Heisman Trophy this season. John David Booty the Sr. quarterback out of USC sits at the top of many people's list, another favorite is Darren McFadden the Jr. RB out of Arkansas. But lets not forget about Mike Hart the Sr. RB from Michigan who was voted in at 5th place in last years Heisman vote. Make your pick and tell us why and don’t leave out the **** talking!!!
Now that the draft is over and we know who's picking, who would you pick first? Durant or Oden? Will Portland go with the "Big Man" or with the "Athletic Scorer"? Most people are saying to go with the "Big Man", but the last time the Trailblazers did that , it was 1985 and they choose Sam Bowie over the a certian Michael Jeffery Jordan!! Will they make the same mistake twice? Or will they learn thier lesson? What do you think they should do, what do you think they will do and why?
As the school year end's and Spring Football closing camp we ponder, who will be next years contenders? Who will come out on top? Will it be a back to back Championship for the Gators? Will USC add one more trophy ofr thier mantle? Who is you pick for next years BCS Parade?
