Jason Kidd
Nothing was more obvious last year at the World Championships than the way Kidd managed the floor and got everybody in the right position. On a team filled with scorers, with a variety of strengths and egos, his leadership and passing skills kept everything in order. This team wouldn't be as good, nor would it be the significant favorite were it not for him because he doesn't play favorites. Moreover, he also set the tone defensively on the ball, and everybody else followed suit just as important as sharing the ball.
